If u got a flat and don't have quarters don't stop here they will not give quarters and will tell you they don't care it's not their air machine even know 711 exact air is advertised on top of the machine and it's the only gas station I've had the gas freeze coming out the pump in the winter

I stopped at 7/11 on my way home last night from work. I just went in to get something to drink and there was a man there a tall dark skinny man that work there who kept harassing me. He made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Predator types vibes. Ladies if you go there alone please be careful or don’t go at night time. I was definitely concerned for my safety.

Paid for 40$ worth of gas only was able to pump 10$ because the pump cut off. Teller would not refund me my money. Told me on his end it shows that I pumped 40$. He was very rude yelling and saying I’m not getting my money back. He then made a phone call and told me to come back in the morning. When I asked who do I talk to in the morning I was told he doesn’t know, when I asked him who was the manager that I could call he told me don’t ask him. I Only gave one star because I couldn’t rate lower!!

Terrible service and a guy claiming to be the owner rude and flipping customers the bird. Saw him harass a customer as he was sitting in his car. Never coming here again.

Wouldn't recommend. They refused to give me my owed change from my fuel. Then I simply asked when the manager will be in so she can help solve my problem. The attendant then proceeded to call me a liar because the money never showed back up on my bank statement. So the attendant decided it'd be a good idea to follow me to my car to show me an unwanted receipt to "show" me he wasn't a liar. Well if you're not a liar then what happened to my money?

I see alot of negative reviews on here, but my experience was good. Today was my first time stopping here for some coffee and milk. And the cashier was helpful and actually saved me money by signing me up for the rewards program.Now the outside and overall structure could use a face lift but I know times are tough with covid so It is what it is.The coffee was hot and they have alot of flavoring choices.The milk was Borden dairy and was no were near expiration.

I shop at this store for gas/cigarettes/drinks 3-4 times a week. I buy the same cigarettes. Today I ask for my cigs and bags my items and I pay and leave. I get home get settled in a realize cashier gave me wrong cigs, I return within 20-30 min with cigs and receipt and she says she can’t exchange them. Making up laws, after she gave me wrong items. I try to support the store’s in my neighborhood but not this one anymore. I will tell all my neighbors, and I know a lot of people.
