  The drive thru was NOT user friendly. It's not set up with easy instruction. It's definitely not your normal drive-thru, and if it's your first time going through you might struggle like I did.
  
  Austin sounded super annoyed with me bc I needed help at the screen a few times, then passed up the "1st" window and told me I "need" to "go back" to the "first" window (said in an annoyed tone.) okay. Cool.
  
  I will take my money elsewhere. Not a good experience. Left feeling stupid (3.8GPA from OSU BS of Science). Not stupid. Just saying.
  
  And if you order a sampler, just know you have to pay for the ranch, it's extra. $10.00 later.

  I love this Sheetz. It’s always clean, well stocked, and the employees are super friendly. Super easy to get to from west bound 70.

  I really enjoy this sheetz location. I think it's been open and operating for about a year now and I've been heading there at least once a month for the 24/hour convenience of their customizable meals and food. Long time fan of the self serve kiosk and checkouts. I would not suggest getting a custom drink added to your order. On more than one occasion it seems to add about 20 minutes to the wait time. On one occasion even an hour for a vanilla shake. Not sure why and I really don't think their made to order drinks are all that good anyway aside from the dirty chai latte. Gas pumps always available and after midnight the place dosnt seem to get that busy. Worth while stop when you need a refill and a meal.

  Always a different issue trying to start a pump from outside. Always understaffed. Got robbed of my 3 cents a gallon because lady was overwhelmed and told me she’d add my loyalty card when I came back in. She messed up and gave me the customer service number. All that said, still way cheaper diesel than everywhere else.

  They don't have microwave and employee was rude. My baby was crying for milk I ask for please warm up little bit. He literally saying no.

  I’m from Pa, close to the corporate office so I r grown up with Sheetz. It’s always been a go to place since I was young. I was happy to see them put stores in Ohio because I drive truck. So now I don’t have to wait till I get home for a Sheetz run!! Well that was a great thought, Sheetz has apparently gave ODOT permission to be on there property to harass the truck drivers. SAD we can’t even stop at a convenience store and not have to worry about being harassed by DOT.

  Horrible customer service. It usually takes me about 5 minutes to fuel at this location but this morning it took me 30 minutes. I waited 20 minutes on a receipt. While I was being assisted and they couldn’t figure out how to print my receipt instead of trying to get it resolved they started helping other customers that was behind me. This one customer had the clerk that was trying to help me cash him out at the register while the manager was making his sandwich in the back. He came in after me. Instead of stopping what they were doing and fixing my problem which I was being assisted first they proceeded to help him. He got 5 star service and got priority. After they got the VIP customer that was behind me in line served at both the food counter and the front counter. The supervisor finally came and took literally 5 seconds and printed my receipt after waiting for 20 minutes. someone please tell me if i'm overreacting here.

  Most things I’ve had from here have been pretty good, from coffee to misc snack items to whatever from the MTO line. Until today, their breakfast sandwiches are absolute trash. Rock hard barley any bacon. I took one bite and just threw it out. Twice. Also they forgot my hash browns. It’s a little upsetting. I will be back, but I will never again order those things you call breakfast sandwiches.

  Parking available, the workers over here very rude check your items before you leave they will never exchange even if you have your receipt.

  Very friendly but always busy...
