They were able to walk me through the problem very easily, spoke my non-tech language so I easily understood what to do. They take their time with customers and don't make you feel like you're rushed to get out the door. These guys are great!”

“This store front has amazing customer service, however, T-Mobile as a whole has been a absolute nightmare. My service on my phone constantly drops calls, buffers with every app, and can barely handle running Google maps. I fell for the home internet since it was simple and easy to install just to have my home Wi-Fi run below a megabyte ( yes, I mean below a single megabyte). I've tried every corner of the house, placing it at every window, resetting it, and nothing. I would beg another internet provider to take my money before ever recommending to someone else. Love the store location, and the guys in there will help you in any way possible, hate the provider with a passion now.”
