Half the time I try to use the ATM it's out of service. Only one in town. Get a new ATM and put another one somewhere. I'm about to switch to PNC.
Went back today (next day after review) and the ATM won't let me deposit ANY cash.
OK Huntington... Thats it! You lost a customer!

Stuckup attitudes wanna check for ids on quarters then gotta wait 5-10 mins while they enter in the information, FOR QUARTERS!

Close your account and find a new bank.Don't make any mistakes weather your first or fifth because this bank won't forgive you. A family member with disabilities make a mistake and had a scam check deposited and the fraud caught it thankfully but they closed the account . They told them they would forgive them and opened the account back up but went back on there word and closed the account and band from huntington. They live off SSID and now have to find a new bank and get there money back.If you read this, find a new bank and help close this bank down.

I waited over an hour to wire money. Banker helped the people who came in after me, said they would be with me in a minute. They never returned, and I finally gave up and left.

It's always beyond crowded here, need more staffing I got stuck in the parking lot for 15 minutes because the drive thru line was not moving and I was just trying to leave after going into the bank

A few years ago Huntington bought First Merritt bank. Told me that I didn't need to do anything. They would handle my S.S. deposit. But the first stimulus check came in paper form. Is the same thing going to happen again? That's not handing it!
