“Staff is nice and I like them. Equipment is very old. Even has phone hookups for the old iPhones and aren’t compatible with the new. And I’m totally fine with that. But I’m continuously very bothered by how downright nasty this place is. The bathrooms are always disgusting. I frequently leave on the verge of peeing my pants because they’re so gross. Frequently can’t make it home in time and have to stop at pilot to use their bathroom. They also don’t update anything. For instance the tanning license posted is expired and the sign up sheet for Zumba is the same one that is in a picture on here posted months ago. I’ve been going to Zumba, but when I showed up this past time nobody was there and there was nothing posted to communicate why. It’s a small class so I’ve called multiple times this week to find out if it’s actually cancelled. No answer, voicemail box is always full. Honestly pretty upset I’m locked into 3 years of paying for a gym that’s absolutely disgusting all the time. They do not vacuum. Same stuff is on the floor that was there 6 weeks ago. The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because I liked the staff. But honestly, I don’t understand why they aren’t handling this. What’s wild is when you’re working out and see someone come in to “clean.” They’re there like 20 minutes and leave with everything still dirty. I was going to tan but I don’t trust the tanning beds to be clean. I keep seeing bottles of “vinegar.” I really hope that’s not what’s use to clean them because it doesn’t kill things like herpes.”
