Showed up 5. Minutes, 5 measly minutes early and just wanted to drop off a UPS envelope, no interaction needed and Karl S. The pharmacist, stood in the doorway telling me 8! 8!… at my place of business we have a motto, called find a way! Karl is actively doing the opposite for CVS! I’ll find another place to drop in town. D.B.A.D Karl!

The manager at the London CVS was very helpful and compassionate. Thank you for helping me locate the elderly lady I helped with her bags. She got her snacks and all is good.

I appreciated the service i received today at our London CVS. The staff associate went out of her way to accommodate my needs with a passport photo. She was kind, helpful and very hard working, helping several other customers as well as myself. The store is clean, orderly and manages to provide quality service even when they are sometimes short staffed, which is never the staff member’s fault. I like going there for prescriptions and other items. Be sure to shop the sales.

I always find 99% of the staff here friendly and helpful. Always willing to help and never minds when I keep them a little longer to have a conversation with another adult that day. Some of them even catch me outside of hours to stop and say hello! Wonderful people!!

There’s a man that gives us scripts through the pickup window. He’s so friendly! He gives our dog a treat and brightens your day. No one likes picking up pills, but this gentleman makes it better.

Megan in pharmacy went the extra mile to help me today, and I am super grateful. Sadly, that has not always been the case with some others at this location.A person never knows what another person is going through. Sometimes a little bit of someone giving a darn, a kind voice, and a smile may mean the world to a person who feels absolutely defeated and just trying to make it to tomorrow.Thank you Megan. I was looking for Lorann Candy Oils the sales associate her name was Kontessa was super helpful. She helped me locate what I needed. When I couldn't find the flavor I needed she went back to the pharmacy and found it. Not many people care to help customers now a days. She demonstrated outstanding customer service!

A great CVS with everything you need in a quick stop! The pharmacy is quick, helpful and very friendly! A movie rental kiosk is available outside. Plenty of toiletries, paper products, food, beverages, seasonal merchandise, cards, health and beauty products to choose from. There’s even a photo service counter for all your photo processing needs! You can check out at the normal registers or the self checkout register. Clean and well organized store! I definitely recommend shopping at this CVS!

I dreaded the long pharmacy lines and tube drive through problems at my normal pharmacy, so I decided to switch back to CVS pharmacy and give them a try. The store prices seem higher, but the lines are much shorter. They have cashier's, a self checkout, a coupon kiosk inside, and a few different programs for saving extra money. In one week I had great experiences with two staff members, and one that was a bit rude. Hopefully that was just an off day. The store was clean, and wasn't too crowded, and that made my trips short and easy. They offer delivery plus order pickup and so far it's been less of a chore to grab what I need.

I've been living in London for a month and dealt with this CVS several times. They are without exception, always friendly and helpful. Anyone who has rated them below a 5 has not experienced the difference because this group is first class! Thanks for that!
