Women never came back to help us try the Skechers slipins. Both shoes. Claimed she could only help 1 person at a time and never came back to help us get the other shoe to try on to make sure it would work. So disappointed in this place.

I have bought 8-10 pairs of shoes from this location over the last three years. No more! The staff seems to be more concerned about loss prevention and making you feel like a criminal than providing a solid customer service experience - even with a receipt for the return in hand. Maybe the employees should go back and read the self-published book about the history of SHOE SHOW they try to hock at check out. I'm sure this is one piece of merchandise that will never be a target of theft... I'll be waiting for the "canned" response you provide other customers who leave negative reviews.

They have a nice selection. Decent prices.Im wearing a pair of boots that cost me $90. That was 5 years ago. The boots are still in good shape

I enjoy the friendly staff when inside the store. They are more than helpful and always check on you to make sure you don't need anything. The shoe selection is average but the sizing options are limited. I feel that more sizes should be kept in stock there. Even new arrivals don't have many sizing options, they usually only carry the most popular sizes and leave the rest out.

I went in to return an order that I purchased online and they were refused because I was sent the wrong sizes in the box so I lose money. I will not shop with the company anymore. I will go back to shoe dazzle.

I was lucky enough to be a part of someone's first day! I haven't been to Logan's Shoe Shoe in years, or any shoe place, actually. I'm an anxious shopper. The lady who checked us out was so very sweet, and accommodating. It turns out it was her first day on the job. I hope the shoes last for years, but hopefully when they wear out, she's still there. I only wish I'd gotten her name.

The young lady working there was so SO rude, it was almost comical. When I asked to look at a pair of shoes on the top shelf, she literally rolled her eyes at me because she had to go grab the step ladder. Slammed it down and groaned as she went to take the box down. Then stood on top of the ladder and stared while we tried the shoes on (I don't think she wanted to climb back up if we didn't want it), we were scared to not buy them and her have to put it back lol. Then at checkout, alot of sighs, moans, and eye rolling...I couldn't beleive it, I've never seen anyone act that way in customer service.

I went to shop for shoes purse and several miscellaneous things. I ask a clerk that was walking around the store if she could help me find my size as only one shoe was there with the empty box but she walked past me and I ask louder thinking she didn't hear me. Finally she said..oh it is in the back..I said ok I will need the other one..she walked away..I kept waiting and at the checkout was a woman hanging over the counter talking to the clerk and had been that way since I arrived..her pit bull dog laying in front of the counter as well. After awhile I realized no on was going to check me out or help me. I nicely put it all back and left. The girl roaming around the store acted like she was totally out of it. Rudest store I was ever in. And will not recommend to anyone.

Selection wasn't the largest for adult males. but is definitely better than nothing. I did find something I liked and it was modestly priced. I was happy with my purchase and with my new shoes. Thank you.

Its a small shoe store, and I had a hard time finding shoes my kiddos liked in their size. Prices are also a little more (not a lot more) than what I expected some times.
