Waste of time.Totally shocked.I had an appointment set up for three days out. They called me and said I was rude and to find someone late to do my taxes.I honestly thought it was a prank call. I have absolutely no idea what they were talking about. So I called to get their corporate number to make a complaint. Then I decided this was so silly that I would just call and make an appointment with another tax preparer. The lady on the phone said she had no idea what I was talking about and that I wouldn’t be able to make an appointment because of what it happened. I told her which this was ridiculous and she hung up on me. I’m not kidding the lady actually hung up on me. Don’t waste your time. This is a very weird place. Go somewhere else. I feel bad writing this review because it’s such a silly weird situation. But the place honestly is not worth your time.

Renee did a great job helping me prepare my return. I had a failed small business and she worked with me to get the best return and report my losses. We ended up having to do 2 appointments so I could get all the paperwork together but the fee remained the same and she even was able to help lower the cost to file. I will be returning.
