Recently bought a 2016 Chevy cruise for my son from DonWood. Was having trouble with it overheating after only having it for a month, and could smell burning oil.When I took it for service, they stated they would fix the valve cover gasket (they supposedly did before I bought it) but then proceeded to tell me the head was cracked, but refused to make it right AFTER my so called extended warranty (purchased through them) denied the claim. They told me it was going to cost 4,000.00 to fix. After taking it to another shop, they determined it did not have a cracked head, it was only the thermostat housing unit……185.00 repair fixed the car. Not only do I not recommend buying a car there, but also their service garage is a joke. They almost scammed me for 4,000.00 when that wasn’t even the problem.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the closest dealership to my house so I was taking my Traverse here to get it serviced. First occurrence was they forgot to put the caps back on my tires after they checked & rotated my tires, not a big deal but apparently it happens a lot there. I then brought my vehicle in for maintenance work where they treated me like a complete idiot because I’m a female & neglected to even look at my vehicle after I had to drop it off the night prior because they don’t have any loaners due to “low supply” & said I could pay out of pocket for a rental then submit through GM to reimburse me. I had to call to get an update on my vehicle where I was told “the technician couldn’t hear the problem & I needed to come in & drive my vehicle to point out what I brought it in for” after doing so the technician still acted like he couldn’t hear what I was talking about & when I brought it up to the GM she claimed he is the best technician they have.
I brought the vehicle to a different dealership where they told me exactly what the problem was within an hour of having it back in the shop, didn’t need me to drive it with their technician & trusted me completely in what I said was going on & had no problems identifying or replicating the problem by themselves. They also were able to provide me a loaner no problem that I didn’t have to pay for while they had my vehicle & I needed to get a rental because the part they needed was on back order & I needed something bigger than the loaner they gave me, they arranged & provided the rental for me through GM.
Needless to say I won’t be going back to this dealership regardless of the convenience to my house.

Preston is Awesome!!!!!!! Knowledgeable about status of vehicles, honest and forthright about possible issues and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure you get the best deal. My husband has been searching for a truck for awhile now. He found one online at Logan lot. Drove to the lot, Shaun came right out and treated us wonderful from there. He was VERY helpful in getting us through the purchase process! Very nice, funny, friendly salesman! We would definitely buy from him again!
