They don't like to pay their vendors for work that was performed. If they don't live up to agreements with vendors, probably not going to for customers as well.

Went in at 8 am. Had to have a car by the next day (they did not know this). Walked away by noon with an excellent used car. It had one 1/4" scratch on it. Otherwise, was like new. Was treated very well by everyone at this dealership. Very beautiful waiting area for patrons. Glad too that they supported down town Logan by having a dealership there.

Competition Ford truly beat the competition in service and pricing. From the first time I spoke with Jerry he was nice and answered all of my questions about the truck. They also held the truck until I was able to come look at it, since I was located out of town. When I arrived at the dealership everything was ready for my test drive and the deal was exactly the way it was presented on the phone. Everyone at the dealership was more than willing to help guide me through the process of buying my first new truck. Competition Ford also made it worth my drive due to their lower price and doc fees. Ultimately, I had a great experience buying my new 2023 F-150 XLT and would make the drive again to buy from Competition Ford in the future.

They had our vehicle for two weeks. We called for an update and we’re told their only technician quit. You would think they would have notified us so else could have made an appointment elsewhere.

I was on vacation and my F350 developed an EGR fault. This threatened to really mess with our vacation. Competition took us in right away, diagnosed and fixed the problem within a few hours. Thanks to Robin and the mechanics, you guys saved the day.

I ran my Ford taurus through Kelly Blue Book was looking at selling it, I called you guys and talked to Mark in sales about possible buying it, I'm guessing because at that time I was not looking to make another purchase he thought it was exceptable to just not call me back, basically he just blew me off.A couple weeks went by he never returned my call. So I was in town thought I would speak to him face to face, he told me you wouldn't be interested in buying it,I told him he could of at least called me to tell me that.So now I am ready to make a new purchase and because of his lack of communication I will never step foot in your dealership again.

We were on vacation in the Logan, OH and Hocking Hills area and experienced a grinding noise coming from the drivers side front wheel area. The service team did a great job of diagnosing our issue (integrated wheel end failure) with our 2020 F150. The service team was extremely friendly, helpful and understanding of our situation. They made sure that our vehicle was serviced and back on the road as soon as possible.A huge THANK YOU to the service team (Robyn & Ryan).

Fast Friendly sales!! Used vehicle could have been gone over better. Cabin filter and air box were full of corn, Transmission fluid was black and the power steering fluid was also. Ill only hope it makes a good daily driver. UPDATE 4/23/23 AC Compressor Locked Up!!!!! Iam VERY Upset!!!
