Thier bank app sucksStaff changes frequentlyWhen i called the bank I immediately got placed on hold and disconnected 5 or 6 min later. When I called back I immediately got plced on hold again.I had to call Newark to get the information I needed

I personally want to thank Cassie and Amanda at the Logan branch for going above and beyond on a Saturday and staying after 12 pm to accommodate an urgent situation for my husband and I. They could have easily told us they close at noon but as stated above the went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out!!!

I had a checking account with this bank for yearsThey use to be a great bank, but now things have changed.I wanted a new car. My credit was good. My father who has perfect credit offered to co-sign with me.The bank pre-approved me and told me to go look fot a car. I found a new Honda Civic and began to Buy it and Century/Park National Bank declined the loan. 12 other banks approved the loan. I was shocked and went and complained. I have been banking there since the 90's. They blamed it on some guy at corporate who didnt look at the paperwork correctly.Besides that I have seen staff turn over. Thier online banking has had major issues.This week they decided to update thier banking app the week of black friday and cyber monday. Thier app crashed, people were complaining so what did they do. They locked the bank doors in Logan.Im moving on to another bank as soon as I canI have already started a checking account.

Staff and owners are amazing. Great customer service. I currently bank here and I use the CNB app all the time for my banking. I've never had any problems or concerns. I definitely recommend this bank.

I went in today to pay a car payment. I'm younger with tattoos. I was told they have a sunglass and hat policy and needed to take my sunglasses off. Meanwhile the older woman in front of me getting money out of someone else's account had zero trouble with her sunglasses on. Not only am I posting to google but I am filing with the better business Bureau. This lady profiled me so hard.

A courteous staff is the main driving force to this establishment. Plus, they have money, and who doesn't like that?

The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because absolutely no business is worthy of 5 stars.
