At first they was kind and then after things changed and not very nice. I do all the ordering for my father and I even pick up for him because they say they mail the stuff to him but they don't send out what he needs so that's why I pick them up. Then my mother gets a bill and it's already paid and the lady on the phone said there's a late fee because it was late no it was not late. It's time for me to change companies for them. I think they just like to scam ppl because the lady said they can't bill monthly it has to be billed every 3 month. I will check into it with there insurance and find out if true. But I would not recommend this place. Whish I could give 0 starts.

The secretary has not been forthcoming in information about my lift chair and have delayed delivery on it due to missing paperwork which the owner disclosed to me and corrected. save time and frustration and talk to eathan directly.

There was nowhere else in the local area that I would dream of buying durable medical equipment than from Good Care.Their products are top quality and reasonably priced. Customer service is A++ in their work and the friendliest people you could ever run into.I highly recommend Good Care to all citizens of hocking county in southeastern Ohio.

This place has always taken care of my needs. Great people working there that care. I purchased a Pro Care cleaning system. Great price! Plus i know they are there if I needed tbem, but set up was easy.
