I must say the comments about the post master I do NOT have that experience. Super friendly gal from Spencer filling in today. Always fast and NEVER have had a problem getting in touch with anyone.

Used priority mail on 9/2/22 to mail passport renewal (Lodi to Philly). As of today (15th) tracking shows it still sitting at the Philly post office and is marked as 'delayed'. So much for planning a trip that requires my passport. While Lodi employees are great, the over all postal operations has gone downhill... with no assurance that a package will ever get to its going.

Takes 3 weeks to get in contact with the post master.Just close this office. I had Spencer office handle everything in 20 minutes Lodi couldn't do in 3 weeks ?

My mail person needs glasses. I get everyone else’s mail at the same address one street over. I’ve complained numerous times and nothing gets done about it.

Rude employees ,ask a question and you get a rude comment back or the look or I don't know much about postal stuff they don't tell us everything WHAT??....Cheer up lady's !They don't look happy miserable !Spencer post office is better!!
