Wonderful hometown store! People are very friendly. Willing to help you find what you are looking for and answer questions. They will take time to listen, then help you find what you need. I couldn't find one item and tried looking there last. They explained that they don't make that replacement part. However, they offered a suggestion that worked beautifully! I was so happy and so was my dad who could finally use his tool again. You'll be surprised what all they have to offer!! Not only items at those big box stores but items those stores don't carry. Always shop local when you can!

Very disappointed in the store have stopped there many times my husband gets his fishing license there all the time even though we live in Medina we'd like to support the small town business on Thursday evening my husband and my father who is from Florida went to get a one-day fishing license the gentleman short then older man waited on them very rude when he asked what they needed and they told him one day fishing license he rolled his eyes went back to get paperwork done told my dad he had to sign it then yelled at my dad because he did not sign my dad said I did thank you sir my dad is legally blind you have no compassion if you don't like your job then maybe you should go elsewhere I will never go back in the store so disappointed treat your elders with respect is what I was always taught
