My Ford Explorer stopped at the store the Ford Explorer wouldn't do anything even better no noises but the battery was just Fine and Niel got me in on Friday and Tuesday Afternoon I had my Ford Explorer back and it started , And the starter and wire from the cylinder was broken and that's why I was looking for a good Auto Mechanic to get my vehicle fixed and I didn't get robbed or done anything to anyone but I don't have to be easy to get taken advantage of And I THINK YOU ARE VERY GOOD GROWER AND YOU MAKE it down to Ohio and HELP THE NEW GROWERS TO LEARN MUCH MORE AND BETTER FROM YOU PERIOD AROUND SOMEONE ELSE AND YOU LISTEN AND LET THEM TALK ? AND VERY GOOD IDOL AUTO MECHANIC AND IT'S FIXED AND YOU ARE READY TO GO AND NOTHING ELSE BREAKS ON THE VEHICLE AND FIXED AND I THINK ?? if you want your vehicle fixed for decent bill ? then we recommend IDOL AUTO REPAIR ASK FOR. NIEL IS VERY NICE AND SMARTMAN THAT WON'T RIP YOU OFF !????????????☆☆☆

A hidden gem here. They were recommended by Spencer tire for my broken down, no start vehicle. Had it towed there and am very satisfied with the quick diagnosis and repair. I do recommend them.

Neil went above and beyond. Dropped my car off in the evening and he brought it back to me personally because I live close by. Didn't cost a fortune and warned me of other parts that were going bad. I found a new car guy!

Stoped in from a trip I was taken from New York and my truck was not running good . and hooked the computer up and found out what it was. sent me to the parts store . N told me what it could be . They took there time to call the parts store to tell me not to do it my self to come back they'd help me get on the rd . Went back didn't want a penny .so I went and got them a pizza . I love meeting people like this and when I travel every year past there I will make sure to stop in with a gift . . Thanks so much .I made it to my destination.

I had them replace a lower control arm on my car and do an alignment. I noticed some metal shaking noises coming from the area they worked on immediately when taking my car home. I thought maybe my coilovers were rattling which is common with coilovers. Not too long after this repair the caliper bracket bolt on my car came out on the highway and my caliper was hanging on by one bolt grinding a groove into my rim. When I inspected the area for damaged parts I noticed my caliper was also missing a guide pin. I just did my brakes and rotors a month prior so I know for a fact they were there. I put new ones in. Had to go get a new caliper bracket bolt from pull a part and another set of guide pins to fix their mistakes. Cost me $500 for them to forget to put my car back together correctly. If you have them work on your car inspect everything when they're done. That brake mishap could've been catastrophic.Services: General repairs & maintenance
