Very disappointed in this bank. I have never had an issue with Huntington. But today I went in for a dispute. I was spoken to rudely by the teller. Told they could not help me for 3 business days. And I was welcome to wait to speak to someone else, but it was going to be awhile. I left in tears. Thanks Huntington. Very unprofessional.

I always go make deposit at drive thru and ladies there are amazing! Always greats, kind and asks if anything else they can help with. One time I made deposit and I had more than I counted when made deposit. They made deposit for amount I had written on my envelope and I got called within 30min and teller told me I had overage and what I wanted them to do! I had asked to make the deposit on that but I’m amazed to see how quick they got to me and were honest about this transaction! So they do deserve 5 stars for all this.

Atm machine is ALWAYS OUT OF SERVICE! They just installed a brand new machine and it’s still OUT OF SERVICE! Such a wasted trip anytime I go to the bank. What a joke.

New ATM software is a joke. Paper check has to be inserted more than once as it sometimes refuses to accept it (commercially issued paycheck). Today it refused to take the paycheck three times even after flipping it around 180 degrees. Oh, and every time it rejects it (and for every single thing you do) you have to take out the card, reinsert the card, reenter your PIN, and do this over and over and over and over...will take my check to another bank, and this is the worst ATM I have ever seen, and I have seen them since they were invented...and the ironic part? I am a Huntington Bancshares stockholder...
