If I could give this pharmacy a zero star review I would! I went in December and just today to pick up my birth control, and both times I had to pay $12.36 even though I have insurance that FULLY covers birth control!! This is against the law for Alexandra, at the CVS Lodi branch, to act like she is running my insurance, when she really isn’t! I spoke with my insurance providers and they stated there are absolutely no claims for the last 2 months. This is funny since Alexandra is the only person that I have dealt with the last 2 months. Don’t even bother coming here for your prescriptions!

The store and pharmacy employees are wonderful and polite and professional. Always Nice!!!CVS's "automated" (not employees on the phone) phone answering service is a HUGE hassle!!! Expect long delays (typically 6-10 minutes) when attempting to simply talk to the pharmacy when calling by phone!!! Again, HUGE Hassle!!!The AI phone service which will not under any circumstances quickly connect a caller to pharmacy should get zero stars!!!

Absolutely HORRIBLE phone service. Upon 7 attempts throughout the day, their AutoPhone system hung up on me after selecting the option to speak to a pharmacy representative. I'm switching from this pharmacy ASAP!!! It is absolutley IMPOSSIBLE to speak to a human. Whether I select "pharmacy representative" or "front store" the system waits about 20 seconds and then hangs up on me. So, I have to now drive there to get my issue resolved in-person.

Staff in pharmacy is usually pleasant and helpful. 1 or 2 are not. All pharmacists are helpful. Cashiers for the store are always kind and helpful

Rude older lady who works here. She denied photo purchase, yelled at me and hung up the phone. She’s clearly and issue based on the bad reviews on here.

The lady answering the phone needs to be retrained on phone etiquette. She act like I was interrupting her, very short with her answer, she didn’t even say goodbye when hanging up. She needs to be reminded she is representing CVS.
