Ray and Jacob are both heroes (without the capes). This local gem of a repair shop is honest and fair. I used to go up the street to a different mechanic I won't name. They weren't bad, just expensive, which caused me to look around and find Cooks. They've been in business for an impressive amount of time, I believe just shy of 100 years. I've even seen an interesting YouTube interview with Ray that explains the history of the shop. Good honest and reliable mechanics are so hard to find. Only thing, and I don't even consider this an issue, but they will take their time and not rush any job. It is a smaller family owned shop, and the main man is a bit older, so there can be some wait time, but to me, quality will always come before quantity when it comes to repairing the right way ✅️
