Lockbourne Ohio USPS is the worst transit for delivery. They lose packages all the time. Should be shut down.

Excellent service from Taylor and David, the image of the place has been above and beyond. Typically very clean inside and definitely would recommend visiting in the mornings.

This place has had my package for three whole days and Amazon just keeps saying “it’ll arrive sorry abt the delay” like this PLACE IS THE DELAY.

Unable to get a human being to answer the direct phone line or the toll-free number. Package has been delivered to an unknown POBox address in Lockbourne although it was addressed to another Ohio town. Can’t get anyone to help me track package at Lockbourne Post Office. Very frustrating to not be able to contact a person at the Post Office no matter when I call during office hours.

Says they attempted my delivery. My delivery instructions very easily state what needs to be done to gain access to the building mail room. Everyone else figures it out. Why every-time my packages go through this location does it not get delivered. If your workers won’t do their job then replace them. It’s a recurring theme in your reviews that this happens.

Constantly getting mail for exact number but different road. I often wander how much of my mail they (the other road) are receiving. I ordered a package that they attempted? to deliver. My drive has been clear now for 2 days & have yet to receive it. I must mention that I have received other packages from Amazon on these days. My driveway wasn't a problem for them.

Worst post office I have ever dealt with. Not because the people are rude, but weekly they deliver my packages and mail to the wrong addresses. I have reported it everytime with no resolve. Your only job is to deliver the mail to the correct address!!!! Now I have informed delivery, and see all the letters, and packages that they deliver to the wrong addresses. Wonder how much mail I have never received at all while at this address!

John went above and beyond on an issue I was having on my end, not theirs. I have also had to pick up livestock and they were great about keeping my new chicks warm. They called me to let me know they were in instead of just dropping them. Love this PO. Small town feeling with exceptional customer service.
