“First, I went to the Walgreens off Stringtown looking for specific detergents that was on sale and didn't see anymore on the shelf so I asked the cashier and she asked another staff near by for assistance and that lady just said "whats out on the floor, is out in the floor" she didn't seem interested in helping me at all!! so I came to this location and a very attentive and friendly female staff was able to help me!!! She deserves more than five stars for going out her way to the back to check and grab them for me!! Thanks again if she ever reads this, i didn't catch a name!”

Nevertheless, I want to repeat that compared to any other pharmacy I've been to in recent years, this one is the best.The pharmacist will always work with you when there's miscommunication with the doctor. “I love this Pharmacy!!!! I switched from Kroger to them because Kroger would ever have my prescription done on time or didn’t have my medication available. They wouldn’t even call me to say what was going on. But at Royal Pharmacy they are always on top of things and they COMMUNICATE with you. They even offer delivery services which is cool. I’m glad I switched to them and I tell everyone that lives in my area to try them. Thanks for the excellent service”
“The Evening older lady cashier is rude the way she talks to you at times with when you dont put the coupons down 1stc, but she does let you you about does start to help you .she's at the separate cash register . But other than all the other Cashiers are kind, helpful and understanding . Along with the other workers in there , the store is clean and organized and good prices :)”

“I give them 5stars bc they help a lot of us out and they're very nice. But.... I've been calling and leaving messages with the lady who answers the phone for the pharmacist to call me bc I need my prenatals filled, need more medication for nebulizer because I have uncontrollable allergies and makes me have asthma flare ups to where I need to use nebulizer. I still havent recieved a call back. They use to be good at calling back before they started accepting new patients every week but not enough staff. I use to be able to wait 15mins at parking spot and get meds now you have to wait 3hrs tops inside.”
“Lawd.... I was tired of getting screwed around at Walgreens. For probably the 3rd time in 3 months, they're delayed on 2 of my 3 blood pressure medications. Their website shows 2 refills for 90 days, but it took me 3 days to hear that "there aren't any refills." I didn't find that out from Walgreens. I had tried calling Walgreens to get an update and after a lengthy hold, they blatantly hung up on me! I was DONE. So I did a quick Google search and found LT Medical Pharmacy (who ironically was in the same building as my doctors office) and within just a couple of hours, refills were in processing. LT even has a free delivery program twice a week! Say what? That's perfect for a working mother/caretaker such as myself! I not only transferred ALL of my prescriptions, but had all of my mothers transferred too!. It was super easy, and they were very pleasant. I'm so happy with my decision :)”

“I stopped in to see about a difficult to find, compounded medication. I tried to have drug mart fill it for two months. I almost gave up. Pharmacy associate was more than polite. The meds were ordered and promised before schedule. Phone interactions with this place are hit and miss. Hours are weird. Call ahead.”

“I LOVE using this pharmacy. I used to use Krogers pharmacy for YEARS but had to use CVS for a medication that Krogers could not keep in stock,plus Krogers staff were constantly messing up our prescriptions (shorting pill counts & telling us rxs were ready when they were not!) & seemed to care less & less each time we were there! The staff & EVERYONE AT CVS is so awesome to deal with & seems to care so much! I have moved all of our medications to CVS! Thanks for being so awesome & taking such good care of me & my family!”

“the staff are friendly, informative, and don’t announce prescriptions practically over a megaphone like other pharmacies (i’m looking at you CVS). i wish the pharmacist on duty today would’ve initially made eye contact, walked over to me to speak with me, etc. it felt a bit impersonal speaking to someone as they’re talking to me from their monitor 15 feet away. other than that, it’s great.”
“***Reposting My Recently Deleted Review (from 2012):I did go to this Kroger when I moved downtown 13 years ago. The King Ave. Kroger had not yet been rebuilt; and it seemed like it was always ransacked and out of, basically, everything. This Kroger seems bigger than that south campus Kroger. This Arena District German location looks and feels like it has more aisle space - a big deal in the urban core. Their organic and vegetarian sections have more variety, tooI feel this is the best store around the downtown area. However, King Ave. Kroger is closer to home, so it all basically boils down to how much "variety" I'm looking for on a grocery shopping outing.”

“Whenever I think of a pharmacy, I imagine a place where everyone's in a rush and too busy to crack a smile. But the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road? It's a whole different world! Here,The Pharmacists: Mike and Greg (those are the two I see the most, I know the others are just as A-HA-MAZING), and all the techs have somehow mastered the art of being both hilariously funny and unbelievably helpful at the same time.In the mere 3 minutes that I spend at the counter, I am always greeted with a mix of friendly banter and genuine care. It's like stepping into a sitcom where the cast actually knows your name and cares about your day. Whether it's Mike's quick wit, Greg and I sharing our struggles with "baldness", or the techs' endless patience, each visit is a pleasant surprise in what's usually a thankless environment.Let's face it: no one visits a pharmacy for fun. But these folks make every trip feel like a brief visit to a friend's place. It's clear they don't just dispense medication; they dispense good moods too! So here's to the team at the Kroger Pharmacy on Hoover Road - turning mundane pharmacy visits into mini-adventures in customer service. “If you don't know the difference between a chain pharmacy and a neighborhood pharmacy, you need to visit here to understand. I love how the staff is loyal and tries to get to know their customers personally. The cards, jewelry, and gifts sections are excellent! I always find hidden gems for gifts. Old school remedies (I think I saw some Fletchers Castoria!) Lace the shelves on the pharmacy side. And it appears there are plenty of medical appliances and supplies available.”
