Wait what’s wrong with your customer service number? If there’s no one to respond to our calls why do you guys put a number on your website?? You miss a package on a first attempt and that’s it? What’s the reason for charging that inconsiderate amount to deliver our packages? Just because we don’t have a lot of options to choose from?

Very unprofessional, driver didn’t even come to my house but said wrong address, customer service hanged up and when I went to the office to pick my package, the workers outside were very very rude and racist. The only nice person was the lady that gave me my package.

Drivers are lazy and don’t show up on time. They simply cancel packages delivery and reports receivers are not home or unreachable .

I have never sent by DHL BUT I wanted to do it, unfortunately the opinions are terrible and discourage and scary. I carefully read each comment and the truth is that it is devastating for a company like this... But even sadder is that it does not have excellent optical customer service. If someone says that one or another bad comment is fine... But everything is almost all people. I didn't want to send the things I wanted, I'll look for another shipping agency.

Rhonda was extremely pleasant and helped me understand what documents I needed to pick up my package that was on hold. We were able to put together the right documentation in just a few minutes so that I could leave with my package right away. I had been bracing for a bad experience (given the other reviews here), but was very much pleasantly surprised.

I’m only giving one star because there isn’t an option to not give any. Just like the customer service, the work environment is worse. I’ve worked around micro aggressions and discrimination for 4 1/2 months and anytime I’ve reported these issues to a supervisor it’s gotten brushed off. I’ve even attempted to file a grievance and was told there wasn’t enough evidence. I was a temp at the time, however was given a job offer to be a lead. I ended up resigning because my orientation date kept getting pushed back, (in total 4 times) when I asked I was told “someone must’ve dropped the ball”. If you plan on working here please be mindful, if you are a minority you will deal with micro aggressions and prejudice associates/management, there’s no point in reporting within the company because they don’t care. Get in, save some money and get out once you’ve found somewhere that will actually value you regardless of your ethnic background.

This place says open from 8:30 but I have been standing at the door from 8:30-9:00am but it is still not open!!
