Continental Tire North America is known for its nice people and fast service. Customers report that awesome loading is done and the office lady is pleasant to speak to. Appointments are handled quickly; some trucks are loaded before the scheduled time, and fast unloading takes about an hour. The docks are easy and the parking is available overnight on the driveway leading up to the gate, although it is kinda tight. The office staff are friendly and give a sheet with instructions in Spanish. There is a restroom and the process is simple: report by intercom, receive a dock, load the truck, and take the papers to the office. No weekend delivery or pick up is offered.

We are NOT open 24/7. Our hours are Monday thru Friday 7 am to 10 pm ONLY! We also are NOT Nexen tire. as long as you are following proper instructions we ALWAYS get people in and out as quickly as possible. :)
