Easy 2 access. You can move in with an online payment. Customer Service definitely needs improvement.

Horrible ownership. Website states ALL units have a perimeter fence and gate access. There is nothing like that here. My unit was broken into and thousands of dollars worth of items stolen. Insurance is MANDATORY for their units but they did not forceplace it on my account as their contract states they will do and I thought I was covered. Stay away from Rhino properties.

Messy, inconsistent, and incorrect information kept on file for me. Wrong drivers license state on file, and employee changed address back to old address when updating my auto pay card. Contact email not kept on file/incorrect email on file. Failed to notify me of failed auto pay transactions. Sold the memories and keepsakes of my children and I along with all of our other belongings without following state lien laws to properly notify me before auctioning our things off. They never once even tried to call my phone to notify me, and my phone number was the ONLY thing they actually had correct in my file. I am heartbroken at the things that are forever lost. Everything from my children’s births. All of our memories. Our life. By far one of the most inconsiderate businesses I’ve ever had an experience with. Do not recommend.
