“I had a wonderful experience at Chase Bank in Belpre, Ohio. I had opened the wrong account type and was a little concerned and hesitant about going in and showing my mistake. Much to my surprise, I was greeted at the door very kindly, where I explained my situation and was directed to the sweetest teller named Faith! She was not just helpful in correcting my error but she even went to the extreme of making excuses for my mistake and said it could happen to anybody!
