Went inside dollar general today to get stuff for me and my grandparents the cashier wasn't very nice then when I went to pay the card reader was resetting and the cash register and then after I told him I wanted to add on gum he acted like he was mad and yanked it out of my hand and when he gave me the receipt I said thanks he never said your welcome

My Experience is most always disappointing in all your stores because of the problems with your DG Penny App...most of the time not only my phone but all my friends phones as well will have reception until you get to the scan prompt and then won't let you scan. I've yet to get my 1st Penny item. Most of us have given up and that means we don't visit your as many of your stores or as often. Your $ loss..

Rocking as always. This company has found the balance between being a big box store and being a local business. It is due mainly to their employees! As a company they do not appear to be out for the throats of the local business although sadly I know of occasions that has happened. They have cheap products and they are cheap products and they don't hide it like another major retailer that unsuccessfully attempted to take their market, it is what it is. I could go on but ultimately it is their employees that make them what they are.
