Cayce Perkins and Tonya Stevens gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. Not only that I came back and still was treated Rude by Tonya the next day. Even after talking with their boss Tonya still proceeded to tell me I was in the wrong. I went to this bank because I heard good things and how nice they were. So for me to try to set up an account with this "friendly and helpful" bank , and get treated so rude is just crazy.

Was there before they opened stand at the counter, they took a guy B4 me then she said who's next and I said I am she told me this other guy was there B4 me. Very RUDE.

Worst banking experience I’ve ever had when I deposit my checks they are always held I can never get access to my money the day I goto the bank. The teller asked me assumed I was depositing my check and deposited it and now it is once again on hold. I tried to do the online deposit where you take a picture and that didn’t work. And she said I would have acesss to my money tomorrow but tomorrow is Sunday and the banks aren’t open so now I won’t have access to money for two more days. It’s like this every single time.

Great bank, employees always friendly. Tori the manager has always helped me with my account settings. Renee and Kaycee typically work counter and are very funny. Highly suggest this bank here inside Walmart.

Not a good bank, the woman working the front desk is very rude and doesn’t know how to mind her own business. I highly recommend taking your money elsewhere.

I opened a new account at woodforest today and i can honestly say was a great banking experience the staff very friendly and helpfull the branch manager ashley king who took the time to make sure all my questions were answered i highly recomend woodforest national bank
