Waste management has been very dependable as far as collection. The driver is always friendly and they use a lift to dispose of the trash. As far as the website it is mostly great. I do paperless and auto pay. The service is affordable for my needs and they offer other services as well for a price. The website does get a little confusing because you have to navigate between 2 sites. But I haven't had any problems with them. They seem to be pretty consistent.Service: Trash removal & disposal

I have never had an issue with pickup at my location but when I did call to cancel service because of the prices, that's when the issues started. My billing was to be stopped when I called to cancel service and would receive service through the end of the month as it was already paid. Next billing cycle comes around and they pull the money from my account. Call and they reverse it. When I did call to cancel I was told it was a $75 charge to pickup the trash can but the employee stated he would adjust that. Asked if I could drop it off at my local waste management location and was told told I could not since a 3rd party company handled picking them up. Get the bill in my email and it's $130! Come to find out they charge $75 for picking up the came and then a fuel charge and other fees just to pick up a trash can that I would have already returned to them if I could drop it off. Was told to leave it at the end of the driveway and it would be picked up within 3 weeks. I mean if I'm paying that kind of money for it to be picked up I want that thing gone now. To add to it I received a notification from my camera today that the trash truck was there trying to empty my can when my account is canceled. I would never recommend this company. I called a different local company and my trash cost went down $20 a month. STAY SWAY FROM WASTE MANAGEMENT!
