I purchased my 2022 Tundra at White’s Honda / Toyota from Evan Miller in 2023. The service department Staff makes you feel like a Guest rather than a customer. They keep you up to date on recalls, service recommendations etc. I really appreciate their efforts.

Unfortunately this dealership wants to price gouge and add markups on vehicles. Sales manager wanted to add $3,000 markup on a new vehicle. It's a shame to see there are still dealers trying to take advantage of their customers.

Staff was friendly and kept me informed. However, because they were apparently overbooked, my 1:30 appointment didn't begin until about 2:30 p.m.

Service on my car was outrageously priced, cost 130 dollars for them too just look at my window and tried charging 400 dollars for a item when my cars fully under warranty, the part was 20 dollars and was charging 360 for labor.

My appointment was not in the system when I got there apparently the person I talk to when I made my appointment didn’t enter it. When the technician refused to check my cabin air filter because he thought the glove box was locked. The service advisor came and asked me if the glove box was locked I told him no, then the technician checked it. The service advisor later told me that the technician noticed that the cabin air filter cover was incorrectly installed was the reason for not wanting to check the filter. So apparently he looked in the glove box and knew the box was not locked. This business has irritated me in the past.

Just wanted to share that these gentlemen helped us so much with out van and my husband car.
They did an amazing job and found out all that was wrong abd fixed it with no problems.
We will be going here whenever we have issues with our vehicles from now on.
