Generously a 2 given how upset I am. I understand they are swamped due to increased volume related to multiple Rite Aid closures. I have understood long waits on the phone AND at the window. What I fail to find acceptable is losing my scripts and having to refill while cars were lining up behind me...AND THEN losing or rather not having on file the grant letter which allowed me a large discount on a critically needed med, so that I paid way more today...AND THEN I called corporate to report the situation involving Tech Jacob's response, but being charged too much. A report was taken PLUS I was bounced around to four people who were no help. I'm sorry they are struggling to accommodate their new people, like me, but I am no longer able to trust their care...

This place is a joke. First they couldn't find my medicine then you stand in line waiting 20 minutes while they joke around and have a conversation. Won't be back here at all

Went in to coupon for toothbrushes and my husband said to the cashier how we get them free and a bald older man who I assume was the manager walked by and said “no we don’t do that here”. Well guess what you definitely do because I walked out happy with my free toothbrushes. Stay bitter and paying full price. Hopefully they’ll learn better customer service. The woman cashier was great though

I bought a wrist brace but it didn't fit. I took it back the next day. The cashier asked for my drivers licence which I gave him. I explained that my licence had expired and gave him the paperwork from the DMV for my new drivers licence (in Ohio, they do not give you your new licence when you update your licence, they mail it to you and I had not received it yet). At first he wasn't going to let me use it because they have to scan a current ID. He was angry that he had to type my information in from the paperwork, wouldn't talk to me or say goodbye when the transaction was over with. This was my first return at Walgreens and will also be my last purchase at that store. I wondered what happens to a person that doesn't have an ID or uses their passport as an ID which also wouldn't be able to be scanned. Until May of 2023, you could vote in the state of Ohio without an ID but you can't make a simple return at Walgreens without one.

The pharmacy never answers the phone,I was on hold for a half hour and ended up driving to Walgreens and the pharmacist said it was hard to get to the phone and there was 4 people working in the pharmacy. No reason for this!?

Went in about 5:30 to print off one picture. I'm not the fastest to figure out my phone trying to download a picture. Didn't even have time to look around to ask for help; there's was Dave. He guided me through the whole thing or I should say, he did the whole thing for me and I was in and out within 10 minutes tops. Dave had a smile the whole time, with a good conversation. Great customer service. Thank you Dave!!

Pharmacy’s Lunch is from 1:30 until 2;00pm. I get in line at 1:23pm. with one car in front of me. They took 10 mins to take care of this vehicle. I get up to the window after waiting 10 mins for them to tell me they were closed and to come back. Just an FYI Walgreens, maybe at 1:30 you should put a sign up saying no more services and the end of the line already formed and serve those that were in line before 1:30 rather than cut someone off after they have been waiting on YOU!
