I think Verizon is the best carrier imo I got a 200$ gift card for new phone account I also got there wifi so I'm eligible for a Nintendo Switch there customer service goes out there way for me they have a lot going on so I have needed technical support but I've not yet had a bad rep when calling yet they just provide so much and there warranti3s are legit amazing I got the galaxy s24 utrua and for a little over 100$ I got a brand new s24 ultra and am able to make payments so many advantages they have best reception most towers I could go on with all the advantages

I had my tablet go crazy and lost my Emails and have been a customer for a lot of years and got charged 30 bucks too get my Emails back and as Verizon use too say Raise in the bar No doubr

Added a new line to our plan and Gina was absolutely phenomenal. she went way out of her way to help us, had great customer service and made us aware of what we were paying each month which was very helpful! i would high recommend her for salesperson.

my wife was given a new Verizon Samsung phone, I was able to switch SIM cards no problem, then had some difficulty switching over photos, contact numbers, and apps from her old phone, I drove to Lima Verizon because it is supposed to be a company owned store, we were charged $30 to do the smart switch, it was explained to me that the charge was new policy, 17 years a customer , doesn't sit real well with me, I encourage everyone to shop for a better customer experience,I will say that the young man who waited on me was very courteous, it was explained as company policy

Stop the same terrible service, just walking in they were rude. We left without going any further. Same review about the same awful services as the reviews 2 years ago. I believe the owner doesn’t actually care since it’s a corporate store

If I could leave a zero star review for this store I would! Went in a couple months ago to look a new phone and I was told if I added another line it would bring my bill down. So I went back a couple weeks later and did that and made a few other changes to the plan that the female worker all said would lower bill and make the plan better. I know the first bill after that would be higher with the taxes and charges for the stuff that was done. But now I got the second bill and it's 50 bucks higher than my old plan and now we don't have mobile hot spot which we had before which we now have to subscribe too and they so conveniently forgot to mention that part of the new plan. Went in there and she acts like she never told us that it would be lower and that she told us it would be higher. All this after we waited around for an hour before we got helped while half the employees were just standing around twidling there thumbs. This Verizon store has terrible customer service, wait times, and the employees take no accountability for anything nor do they give any indication that they even remotely care about you!
