I have NEVER had an issue with the Lima USPS until recently! Two packages that have been "delivered", have not showed up at my home! This is ridiculous and I'm sick of waiting on packages all the time! If it has been delivered to another address the person that has received my parcels has OBVIOUSLY had no brain to call or find me! This is irritating and I'm on my last nerve! Damaged goods AND Unrecieved goods. Not acceptable. Do better.

Very unhelpful, they said they don’t print labels for packages even though smaller offices do. Gave me no direction on what to do with my package after turning me away.

The clerk has no idea what she’s talking about. I came to mail something and I had used a 2022 forever stamp. She told me my stamp was counterfeit because they don’t sell them anymore? Obviously they don’t sell 2022 forever stamps anymore because it’s 2023! The reason I purchase forever stamps is so I can use them FOREVER because I don’t mail things often. After going back and forth with her she realized she was wrong because they scanned into her system meaning they were actual stamps. No apology and she was rude the rest of the interaction because she was wrong and didn’t want to admit it. I would suggest any other post office possible besides this one.

Carrier leaves mail hanging out of our mailbox on a regular basis for 8 months. Filed multiple complaints. Confronted the carrier and he threw a fit . Now we have not received mail for 3 days. Post Master has made no attempt to resolve the issue. Have to call numerous times for anyone to answer the phone. Lazy overpaid union trash.

No one answers the phone and I called the main us post office number, the 1800 number to ask my question instead. I told them that no one answers the phone in Lima. They reported the Lima post office. Wasn't me but the actual agent said that's not right. They have to answer their phones. She reported them. Also they say they are open in Elida on Saturday, they aren't a lot of times. She also reported that because if you have the hours down you need to be open. Just close the Elida one on Sat. Otherwise people go thinking they are open. Ridiculous.

Severely understaffed. Service is horrible. If you are thinking about getting your US Passport processed here, think again. You can never get through to the Passport office by phone, and even if you schedule the appoinment online, don't count on someone being there to service the appointment. Go to one of the outlying post offices in either, Delphos, Ada, or Wapakoneta
