Manager is rude/unprofessional and has an attitude when you ask to speak with her. 100% needs new management. She Did not help with what I needed done and caught an attitude with me bc the original lady didn’t know and kept asking her so I just asked to speak with her instead. 0/10.

This UPS Store is, on an average day, a 40-45 minute drive from my house. It is unfortunately the most convenient location for the occasional Amazon return.
The woman that handled my return was very personable and patient. I was the slowest link in the return process because I had issues pulling up the QR code for the return on my phone.
Even with the self-inflicted delay, I was still in and out of the store in less than 5 minutes with a printed return receipt in hand.

Staff was friendly, helpful, and professional. There were at least 10 people ahead of me in line and I was helped and out of there in less than 2 minutes. Great service.

Dropped off a return to Amazon. Young lady greeted me and was most pleasant.

Not very helpful, so much attitude in regards to someone not being sure the process to something being sent back. Also insisting someone take a box back that you wouldn't use is a little overkill when there was bin of broke down boxes within 10 ft.

This store is useless. If you are trying to ship with a corporate account it's not possible without a QR code. I made several attempts to get a QR code from my phone and office and I am unable to do so. Save your time and just pay FEDEX to ship your item. The owner is not concerned. It must be extra paperwork to accept corporate account numbers. Simply look at all the other one star reviews. Save the trip and use FEDEX.

I had my sister take back my xumo box for spectrum. They told her she needed a qr code. They said they couldn't return without the qr code. She told them it goes back to spectrum. They couldn't do it this was around noon. I have returned xumo boxes before. They scan the back of the box give a receipt. They wouldn't take it back so my sister had to go to spectrum and wait an hour to return. I called the store and asked what the problem was told her what happened she was rude and hung up on me. I then called spectrum to ask what the policy is and they said it should've been returned at the store with no problem.
