Awful experience. Super unprofessional encounter. Set an appointment with Katie to talk about loans, set aside work for the day, and showed up 20 mins before my appointment.Waited 40 total minutes in the lobby before asking the banker where she is at. She had no idea so she calls Katie. Katie is off sick and apologizes that she didn’t have my contact info to let me know she wouldn’t make it.You would think for a bank, if it was THAT important to take a day off when you have an appointment, you would atleast notify the bank where you’re heading to meet customers, so that they aren’t sitting there wondering if you’re going to show up.Don’t recommend them. Unreal.
