The two gentlemen that greeted me as I entered showed so much patience toward a customer who made her reservation for 2AM instead of 2PM. They got everything sorted out and I was on my way within a few minutes. Returning the UHaul was simple and the same gentlemen were welcoming and informative. Will definitely do business with them again if the need arises. Thanks UHaul of Lima!!

Truck had oil change light on when I picked it up. Cup holder area was dirty, I was not greeted at return area when I returned truck, had to go in building and wait, while three employee's were behind desk and only one was with customer. New female employee tried to help but was limited in training. Had storage for month, had issue with Manager Montana Vann. I explained my situation to employee on previous date before monthly due date.He seemed to understand and said no problem, but did not take my name or put notes in computer. I received email from Manager about late fee and called store, no answer. I personally went to store for the 2nd time to explain situation. This time, young man put notes in system, reassured it would be taken care of by manager Montanna Vannby phone or when I picked up my 2nd truck to move out of storage that Saturday, she was scheduled to work then. I show up on time to pick up truck and clear out storage and Manager Montanna Vann was not working. Told employee to check notes in system to HONOR what was agreed to by previous employee, since Manager Montanna Vann never coontacted me on any issue. This employee did not know how to handle situation and let me finish my storage move out and would call Manager Montanna Vann to rectify situation. I came back in after emptying storage and was told that Manager Montanna Vann would not HONOR previous agreement that was told to me twice by 2 different employees and in notes on contract. New female employee Remembered conversation and spoke up to no avail. I know each situation is unique and should be handled on individual basis. Listening and feedback are key to customer service opportunities when applied respectfully and efficiently. I have previous experience with UHaul and know that Customer Service is the key to future business. Negative word of mouth and lack of effort are greatly considered in the public when patronizing locations. I expected better communication from a professional establishment such as UHaul as I have experienced in the past. Maybe Manager Montanna Vann does not completely understand that yet. Her Gold lettered name on the door tells me the company UHaul expects it! I expect my situation corrected in a timely manner by the company MCP or a professional Manager in the Company. After standing outside by the Propane refill (and hitting their button twice) for 25 minutes. The employee who had been outside for all but 24 of those minutes finally walked the 20 ft. to tell me that the Propane refill was not functioning at this time. Why he couldn't have taken the 30 seconds in between the other returns to tell me this escapes me! There was only an actual customer there to serve for about 5 of those 25 minutes. Better yet...PUT UP A SIGN BY THE BUTTON that Propane refill was not working at this time! Never going back there again.

Easy pick and easy return. Very friendly customer service reps. Hopefully not moving again for a very long time but if I do I will 100% use again!

Two out of the three times I have been there to fill propane I have been denied. The first time they said nobody there at the time knew how to do it. The second time the manager was looking for excuses not to fill it before he even walked outside. It gets tiresome loading the propane tanks in the truck and driving to the opposite side of town.

Rented a pickup truck for one day. Picked up Saturday 8am returned same day 2pm. They charged me for 3 days. When I called and told them I had the truck for one day - they told me "prove it."

Good experience with U-Haul truck drop off. The gentleman was very nice and helpful in the process of returning the truck.

This should have been back when it happen but I feel like it still needs to be said.so in 2011 I rented a truck and car trailer and I ask to be shown how to put the car on because I never did this be.i was only told by 4 people and the manager on duty that it was not there jobs to show how to work there equipment. I planned this truck a week befor hand and told the manager I was making a long trip and ask her if it was possible to have them do a truck inspection to make sure everything is OK and it was safe to make the trip. I was given the thought that it would be handled.long story short I had more problems with the truck because it was broken down many times and causes me a delay to get to my new area that took a week and 3 day of sitting in a state that was now trying fix the truck.after everything was said and done they told me I had to pay 850.00 due to late fees.after u Haul read my account on what all happen they dismissed the money that was own but I had to fight with them beforehand. They need to listen to there customers and train them on there equipment. And if they know a long haul will be made they need to do a full inspection of the truck and equipment before giving it out.
