I should’ve listened when people told me to avoid this daycare but I really wanted my daughter in church daycare. I normally don’t post reviews but I’m at my wits end. Everything was good for a couple months until I got a new job. I told my daughter’s teacher and one of the other staff members and they told me to change it online. When I tried it wouldn’t let me so I emailed the church and was told not to worry about it and they would take care of it for me. 2 months later I drop my daughter off and am given a note stating that I had 24 hours to change it or my daughter wouldn’t be welcome back. I spent an entire day attempting to work with support and staff just for staff to tell me it’s a “human error” (I’m not sure how greyed out buttons and links that go to no where was my fault but who knows) and that they couldn’t help and wouldn’t be available after 5pm so if it wasn’t fixed by 5pm my daughter wouldn’t be able to come back. I’m devastated not only at how the staff here made me feel but that I had to send my daughter to stay with family until I could get her in a new daycare and that she will never get to see her friends again or say goodbye. If you’re looking for reliable childcare this isn’t it. If you’re looking for helpful and caring staff this definitely isn’t the place for you.

Absolutely love this staff and daycare!! Trinity is always one of my very first suggestions to people asking for daycare, especially for infants! Waiting list can be a little long sometimes, but you'll have that anywhere you go, and they are worth the wait!

Rude Management! I left when I found out a teacher was fired from hitting a kid!

The staff is amazing. They have helped train my toddler to potty train (which was amazing for my stubborn toddler)! The nursery was critical in helping her to walk. The director and assistant director are a true blessing to our family. I recommend Trinity CCCC to anyone with little ones.

Very rude staff the assistant director curses and doesn't see the parents view. The staff has no respect and when you try to tell them a problem you have going on they over talk you and is very disrespectful especially Gina one of the teachers. When ask to speak to a director .her assistant was was rude andcursing in a church. One day upon picking my child up. The teacher who was in the one year old class room grab a boy by his arm and yank him. Not to mention on my way to my childs class room I hear yelling mix with crying come to find out it was my child.. Brought this to the top director and she took up for her staff. Claimed that her teachers were perfect and we're not that way. But I told her that I have no reason to lie.. Do not send your child here they appear to be ? but I seen another side
