Had to check out a few hours late due to a death in the family. They required we pay for an entire night just for those few hours. We have checked out of Hilton properties late before for reasons much less compelling but were never charged another night. We will never again stay at a Marriott property.

This is a very nice place to stay. The location is excellent, right off the highway and on a dead end road. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. I had a small issue when I checked out, but a phone call to Josh, the Manager, and it was handled quickly and efficiently. Thank you Josh and staff for making my stay relaxing and welcoming! I would highly recommend this place to anyone that needs a quiet place to recharge!

Just off the interstate. Human Garden down the street highly recommended for Chinese American food. Lots of other options for food nearby. Stayed to see the solar eclipse and they did a great job accommodating peak travel

Rooms and service are great but the location and some of the other guests make this space a tad uncomfortable at night.
Rooms: Spacious room, had a pack and play for our little one.
Nearby activities: Not a ton of activity nearby but downtown Lima is growing.
Walkability: Not walkable unless you want to go to the Arby’s.

Disgusting rooms. They didn't even clean the shower at all. Grime and hair and some yellow stuff all over the shower. The room smelled like they had unsuccessful been trying to clean dog feces from the carpet for days. The whole place smelled. AC did not work at all. Stay somewhere else.

I forgot some clothes in the room I was at. The same day I did checkout, in the afternoon, I have called the hotel and asked them to check and keep the clothes, because on my trip back I would stop by and get them.They could not even walk a few steps and do that favor for me…. Really really disappointed….

The desk lady in the evening was fabulous. She was so bubbly and kind. The room itself was nice looking. The bed was not very comfortable. The half shower door looked nice but leaked water onto the floor. We had to lay towels down. It would've been nice to know the shampoo holder was just fixed when we got the room. The shampoo was lying on the shower floor with the mount. It looked like maintenance slapped putty on it that morning and hoped it would be dry when we got there. The manager was really friendly about the situation, though, and said it happens often.Cleanliness was meh. There was leftover hair in the shower drain catch. It was pretty disgusting. There was also a fair amount of stains on our sheets and pillowcases. Silverware was also filthy. Cleaning crew is pretty awful. The rest of the staff is fabulous though.

I stayed at this location on two separate occasions:09/12-9/29 - I stayed in room 227Pros: Check-in was easy and the location is easy to find. Ample parking. The male manager (forgot his name) and most of the staff were so kind and attentive.Cons: Tianna the housekeeper was rude to me when I got locked out of my room. I was knocking on the door of the room she was cleaning and she shouted through the door that she wished I would stop knocking. I ended up having to call the front desk. The room was okay. The light fixture over the dining table had a layer of dead bugs which made the space a little less appealing but it wasn’t terrible. I requested no housekeeping and someone came into my room anyway to “clean” but left the layer of dead bugs in the light fixture.10/16-10/27 - I stayed in room 303Pros: Same as before.Cons: Shower was filthy. There was hair in it upon arrival. The hand towels were stained and I had to buy a shower mat just to use the shower. Two times prior to check-in, I called to request a room on the 4th floor and somehow I ended up on the 3rd instead. I also requested no housekeeping and again, someone came in. This time they discarded some bags in my room that I needed. The “front desk manager” showed not once of care or concern about it and didn’t even look me in the face when I was talking to her. Also I had to call the hotel six times while I was standing at the desk before she came out of the office to address me. Completely unprofessional.Food & drinks: Close to lots of restaurants and easily accessible highway.

I travel here at least once a year and always stay at this hotel. Great service, top notch rooms and a wonderful breakfast spread. I look forward to coming here!
