I have called these people time and time again with the hopes of getting flowers to my wife at work....i call almost at opening time and my wife literally works less than 3miles from them and I can never get a time of delivery the closest i get is it will be around 430pm or 5pm ....welllllllll she gets off at 430 pm and i dont want her to have to take the flowers home , which i explained....but anyways this is why i give you one star ⭐️
Poor customer service
Obviously no time management skills for customers either

We had a flower emergency! My son was supposed to get flowers for prom and didn’t. These ladies helped me out and made up a beautiful corsage and boutonniere!

My parents send me flowers from Michigan and each time Town & County outdoes themselves. Their arrangements are beautiful and smell incredible, and they also throw in un-bloomed flowers with makes the arrangements keep blooming for weeks. They go above and beyond and their customer service is top notch!

My salesperson was very helpful and courteous took the time to answer questions and informed me on different flowers and availability due to time of season. Which was very helpful to know about seasonal flower choices..

The flowers I ordered for my best friend having her babies got there so fast and are truly the most beautiful bouquet! Cannot say enough how wonderful this shop did and how great the service was!!

Second photo is of flowers I wanted for grandma. While grandma is 93years old in the hospital. Spent a little over $100.00 for first arrangements. So really feel like I got ripped off. The second arrangement was under $100.But they didn't have stuff to make second arrangement so really 1 flower arrangement was not at all worth what I paid just sad looking arrangement. But my choice was for them to make a beautiful flower arrangement. The arrangement she received is first photo.But really see what grandma got today. So really understand flowers are not cheap and I am not a cheap person. Please do not order from these people take your business some other florist. I will be posting this review every where and any where I can to warn other potential customers

This is the second time that I’ve ordered flowers for our daughter and each arrangement has been personalized and phenomenal! The owner personalized the arrangement with favorite snacks and was beyond accommodating. We live in Michigan and this florist bridges the gap for our 27 year old girl. This is the only florist that I’ll use. Kudos for personal service and caring about others! Best - Penny St. Cyr

I received my wedding bouquets, boutonnières, flower girl halos, corsages, rose petals and baskets from Conny at town and country flowers. She was great to work with and had my flowers looking exactly like I dreamed of. Thank you so much!

We had our wedding flowers done through Town and Country Flowers and they were truly amazing! Connie was very professional and attentive throughout the entire process. Any special requests we had she was able to figure it out. We are so thankful for how beautiful everything turned out and would recommend Town and Country to anyone!!
