I recently hit something on the Interstat and my Dodge Journey had alot damage to the front of the car and damage I couldn't see. This was the first time I've ever had to make a insurance claim and get a car fix. I was clueless. The staff were Amazing. First I tried to get a rental car and the older gentleman that helped me did everything he could to get me a rental but my insurance Was not cooperating. Not your guys fault at all. I learned that just because the Insurance price is good does not mean it will be good when it's time to use it. I then had my Dodge towed to Tom Al body shop. The woman in the office were Incredible. They answers ever question I had. They gave me regular updates on what was going on. The whole process took longer then what I had expected but I honestly I don't know what I was expecting because this is the first time I've had to go through this. I got my Dodge back yesterday and omg was I happy. I think it is in better Shape then before I hit something. Their work is Impeccable. Thank you guys so much for Your hard work. You guys will definitely have my business in the future.

I came into Tom Ahl with some scratches on my vehicle. I worked with Jerry Colley. He listened to all of my concerns and did an amazing job on my vehicle! His attention to detail was outstanding. Drop our Dodge avenger off after closing hours. And they was able to fit it in the next day for alternator replacement . Very nice people and warranty is great on power train and electrical . Very nice experience every time . Tom Ahl and family should be proud of the empire they have built . I recommend 100 %

Found a vehicle here that we liked. Came to Lima to test drive, ended up finding a car we loved. Then found out it had not been serviced or detailed (that is fine but our salesman knew we wanted to drive off the lot that day). We scheduled to pick up the car before our vacation, salesman said it had been detailed, which I pointed out to him spots we had seen the Saturday before. We did have to take it home and we shampooed and detailed it ourselves as we found so much dog hair under the mats and dirt and yuckies. Would we come back, yes, but 100% will request a different salesman and would certainly check the inside for cleanliness before taking off the lot. YUCK

We just bought our fourth car from Tom Ahl, with Dewey Mullett as the salesman. He has always been very fair and easy to work with. We have no complaints, beyond our being not-so-good drivers and wrecking our vehicles. Even at that, though, my husband was in a 2013 Elantra when he was hit by a semi going full speed (Semi driver was 100% at fault) Our car rolled, but the air bags and seat belt saved his life. We love Hyundais and appreciate their safety.
