Poland location, called from FL to order an arrangement for my cousin, asked if they can verify delivery by a picture sent to me as I did see a review of someone who did receive such notice. Said I’d call back w my order when she left the phone open and actually griped about my asking for this & that I was ‘snotty!’ The other lady said ‘well what does she WANT?’
Needless to say, they lost my business for mocking a nice customer for no reason . What ill bred witches. Good riddance there’s always someone at your feet.

Ordered a last minute bouquet of flowers for my mom’s birthday. It turned out beautifully and was delivered within an hour or 2 of placing the order. 10/10 recommend!

I live in Georgia and needed flowers sent to a hospital in Lima. I am always very wary of ordering flowers online because of bad experiences in the past. But, this business has good prices and pretty arrangements so I took a chance. Let me tell you, they were delivered at the perfect time and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL! I was honestly shocked at how much the arrangement looked like what was pictured online. Very easy checkout and no problems whatsoever! My Grandma loved them and I felt like the money I paid ($50) was well worth the quality I got. 10/10 recommend The Flower Loft! ???
