Brought in my Kia Sorento, and it had another blown engine (2nd one in less than 5 years). I asked about a trade in for around $200-$300. They brought out a 2019 Ford Edge. I test drove it. It's okay. Asked about amount and says he can do it for $350 a month. I said how much is it total? He says I have to give my info before I could talk to financial guy. I give it up, thinking it was 350, but then got conned into buying insurance (it is a Ford). It was then I realized it was too late and I was buying a $21,000 2019 Ford Edge with over 82k miles!!! Now I am stuck. Stay away from this place. Con... I mean sellers name is Dave

I spoke with Mick about what I was looking for. Something with low miles and not super expensive. Mick let me know he had taken a vehicle in on trade that may fit both my budget and mileage requests. He kept me informed on the availability of the car going through the process for trade ins and when it would be available. I sat up an appointment and drove the car it was exactly what I was looking for. The process from start to finish was simple. Justin from finance was very professional and covered everything answering all of the questions I had. Mick was awesome to work with and I would recommend him for all your vehicle needs. The whole staff at Taylor Kia of Lima was so nice and accommodating during the visit. We will definitely be back for all of our vehicle needs in the future.

Wasn't sure if I could get into a newer vehicle but Taylor Kia of Lima changed all of that. I spoke with Dave Eversole and he assured me he could get me into one. I just had stop in. Dave was super friendly and I could tell he really cared whether I got into a new car. He worked hard and was able to get me exactly what I was looking for. Much appreciation too the Taylor Kia family.

When I need work done on my Kia Sorento, I always being it to this dealership. Any manufacturer recalls I have had done here. They are very helpful and go above and beyond to ensure that I am a happy customer.

Compliments to Jason, who was the only one I dealt with whose name I know. Took car in for check engine light and misfire. Was sold other stuff but I agreed to all and all was done in a very professional way. My car is like new. I'm well pleased and I recommend Taylor Kia to any Kia owner who needs service or repair done. Oh! I don't want to forget... I live 35 miles from Lima. When it became necessary for the car to stay a few days, they took me to my home, and when service was completed they drove the car to me.

Took a 2020 kia soul to their service department to check out a check engine light (I already knew that it was for the camshaft position sensor) I paid $200 to have them look at it, and after 6 hours of waiting they still couldn't tell me exactly what was wrong because they didn't even look at the sensor. They instead decided to do a full body check, which included telling me multiple things that I already knew and a couple things that were just completely false (like that my radiator needed replaced, even though it still works and just has a small crack in the housing). Disappointed that the main reason I made the appointment was not addressed during the large amount of time I was there. Everyone was very nice, but I wasted a lot of money coming here and cannot recommend their service department unless you have a warranty that will cover their costs. Just go to a local mechanic that you can trust

Recently bought a certified pre-owned from here. The car needed a little maintenance work not too long after purchasing it, but they took care of it at no cost. Love their sales and service departments!

I was looking on Auto Trader & found a Telluride that I really liked at Taylor Kia in Lima. Unfortunately there was no price or mileage on the listing so I decided to email the dealership from the Auto Trader app. I received an email the next morning from Hayley, basically asking if I was planning to purchase a vehicle soon & asking me to schedule an appointment. I was really trying to save her time as well as myself wanting to know the price point so I knew if it was in my price range or not. I wrote her back & told her that it was a serious inquiry & that I wasn't going to play the run around game. I also mentioned that I work an office job M-F & live about 45 minutes away so I would not be traveling that far without knowing the price first. I told her that I was assuming that since there was no price, it was out of my price range & if she wasn't going to give me a price, I thanked her for her time. I never heard back. The thing about that is, that just because that Telluride might have been out of my price range, doesn't mean they didn't have something else I would be interested in but she didn't even try. Not going there if they can't even take the time with you from the very beginning. I could've been a customer on another car but they ruined that, I'll go someplace else. Thanks for nothing Taylor Kia in Lima!

WORST EXPERIENCE. if I could give no start I'd give NO STARS. no stars from me. I was contacted by 3 Lima sales associates on 5/3/23 and one from Findley about a vehicle I had previously inquired about on their webpages. I received two phone calls in addition from two additional associates so 6 different associates about THE SAME vehicle "ON" the Toledo Kia lot. I was told they would transport it to Lima for me and THEY booked me An appointment for the following day in the evening to test drive (I had every intention to buy because Iv been looking for this vehicle for about 8 months) I get to Lima and NO CAR. it's not there nor was it ever on the Toledo lot apparently. nor is it with in 200miles of the dealership. the man who met me at the door never told me his name, didn't shake my hand, did not apologize for the fact I drove an hour to get to that lot. that they didn't have the car. nothing-acted like "oh well not my problem ". I had asked to talk with Tom the manager and he was "busy" so NO STARS FROM ME . THEY DID HOWEVER TRY TO GET ME TO BUY A DIFFERENT CAR. it wasn't real clean and some of the salepersons work phones were on the floor. this was kinda janky. I will not return to the Taylor Kia lot ever.

Great sales team, especially Devin who was a tremendous help through the whole process and making sure my very specific requirement for my new car were met. He was also a huge help showing me all the features of my car after the purchase. Very happy with my purchase and would highly recommend to others!

After a horrendous experience with another dealer, I was nervous. My husband and I walked in and immediately felt comfortable. We knew what car we wanted to test drive, he never once pushed to look at others, which was a major relief. We walked away with the car that we initally came to look at. We are extremely pleased!
