Could not recommend this dealership anymore! Mary Spearman took care of us and made sure we left the lot with a brand new car and that we left happy! We tried 6 different dealerships to find a car that we could get approved for and she was the first to make it happen! Take a trip to Taylor Kia in Lima and ask for Mary!

Do not recommend, long story short about 2 months ago capitol one gave me a loan to buy a car, I found a charger I liked here and inquired about it and they told me my payments would be 5-600 a month which is what i wanted, so after working all night on 3rd shift I drove 2-3 hours to go get my charger, turns out that the payments were actually 8-900$!! So I was mad that they lied to me to get me there, then they show me a couple cars I didn’t like and eventually I decided on the 2025 kia K5. The guy told me 160$ a week at 640$ a month and my first payment wouldn’t be for 45 days, so I sign it all and 45 days later my first payment it 742$. I thought maybe it was because it was 45 day payment…. Next one comes same thing, 742$ or what ever. So they lied to me to get me there, then lied to me to get me to buy a brand new car. I did get a decent deal on my trade in but 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

Me and my wife went to Taylor Kia and were greeted by Matt immediately. We knew what we wanted coming in, and Matt was very helpful in getting a quick buying process for our new Kia telluride. He was very knowledgeable, and helped us get what we needed without too much extra fluff. Very satisfied with the experience overall!
