Repoed my car sold it for 500$ charged off the account receiving a tax break for the bank. My stereo was stolen from my car by their repo company. Filed 1099-c which taxed me and still want more than they report charging off almost double the amount. Perhaps they have grown too much too fast but then again with business like this you can see why.

We give our review 5 stars thanks to the costumer service we received by working with Blake Cole. Blake made us feel comfortable with how the process and timeline would work for the loan we were requesting. He was able to answer our questions and breakdown our options without talking down to us or making us feel some type of way as if we should know that already. Once we started until we closed, Blake was in constant communication with us every step of the way. He took enough time to do what was best for us without wasting time or having a hidden agenda like making a commission. We also had no out of pocket cost for our appraiser or at closing making things even easier and less stressful. We will definitely contact Blake for any future financial endeavors we pursue.

This was a pretty challenging mortgage experience. Between being coerced into having a secondary account of some type opened up there in order to get a mortgage, the real rub came when the pandemic hit and I stopped my automatic payments when I was told I could not move the draft date despite my jobs and the entire country shutting down. The next month I needed extra time to come up with the payment - 15 days extra time - and was harassed through three different forms of communication about being late. While I knew I could not be the only one struggling to make that deadline with our jobs shut down while I was 8 months pregnant, there was no discussion around what was occurring as an anomaly when I had 4 years of not one late payment already behind me. The stress it contributed knowing if I could not make that deadline, even if I was never 30 days late even ONCE in 7 years, would result in multiple types of harassing communications in such a uniquely challenging time in our country was excruciating.I sold my house today and the relief I felt knowing I would never get another phone call, letter or email was freeing from the trauma I still carry from the way this was handled during the pandemic. I've spent two years sharing my story with potential buyers in hopes no one has to go through what I did.
