Disrespectful and rude to elderly mother.Then expects me to apologize for posting about the experience? Nonsense. The actual styling and coloring was great, hence the continuous usage, but not answering the calls or getting back weeks later and then a "Ok, thanks...how are you?" Response: "I'm fine, bye" *click* is ridiculous.

Studio 34 is High Quality hair styling! Not at all over priced for quality of color and style they give here! Not the cheapest place I have been but you get what you pay for. Jenna did such an amazing job on my hair that the 40 minute drive from home doesn't even bother me! Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a high quality salon experience!

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!! My wife went here to get a haircut and color for a Mother's Day gift. First, the stylist didn't tell her that the process would take over 5 hours until she was already in the chair and started. Then the stylist just disappeared for over an hour. Didn't come by to check, offer a glass of water, nothing. As for the coloring, my wife wanted purple highlights on the sides and back. The stylist, barely colored the sides, what color she did put there was on the scalp not the hair, did heavy color in the back, and got color on my wife's shirt. The haircut was bad as well. My wife asked for her hair to be cut shoulder length, but the lady cut it at her jawline. After all of this my wife was upset to say the least. When she told the stylist that she wasn't happy, they said that another stylist could try to do something else, but would cost another $30-$50. My wife felt that our 6 year old daughter could have done a better job. After only one week, the color on the sides can barely be seen, but you can see the color on the back from across the room. I encourage everyone to go somewhere else. Not worth even one star.

I've lived all over the East Coast, from NYC to Boston... I've had my hair cut by some self proclaimed experts and I've paid top notch for those hair cuts. My experience with Studio 34 Design Team has exceeded my expectations and honestly my hair has never looked better!!! From day 1 my stylist, Dez, has taken care of me.. I am in every two weeks for a waxing (eye brows, lip & chin) and Dez always seems to somehow make it less painful every time I see her! Week 6 Dez works her magic with my hair! My highlights have never looked this good and my cut is perfect! I am an indecisive person and after several months of seeing Dez she was able to cut/ style my hair to perfection! If you haven't been to this place, I HIGHLY recommend you get on the phone and get an appointment scheduled!! You can thank me later!
