Terrible service , I will hopefully never be in an area that I am forced to use spectrum again .... Tried to call and cancel my service and the number they list online said I could pay a $9.99 cancellation fee and they would wipe away my last bill and then asked for my bank account information over the phone which luckily I refused to give them... then I went into the store to cancel it and they didn't offer any kind of a break on my bill even though I shut it off 15 days before my bill was due they still charged me the full amount .... And that was after me being a loyal customer for over two and a half years and never being late on a bill not one time. Offered zero break on the last bill If I could give them zero stars I would

They get you in and out pretty quick.It's just sad that I've had to drive the 1 hour round trip twice in the last month to get faulty equipment of theirs replaced.

This place is 0 stars. Lima needs another location to split up what ur there for. Hour and half wait for nothing should be unacceptable to any company. Yet this is a constant. No matter what day or time u go in.

Slowest service ever. Stand in line for 2 hours to accomplish NOTHING. As a company that’s always this busy how they don’t have it figured out by now is silly. Only 2 people working. Ridiculous.

This is by far the worst internet/customer experience I've ever dealt with when it comes to ISP's. I have only had my account open for 2 months and my bill has been double what it should be. I called in after the first month to get it fixed and was told my rate would drop to its correct rate. I initially went into Spectrum to get ONLY the 300mb download package for $49.99. However, I was charged over $100 in the first month because the representative who signed me up, signed me up for phone and TV when I explicitly said just internet. I was supposed to have my billing address changed over a phone call because that was also not input correctly by that same rep and it still has not been done. I even tried changing it though the Spectrum app and it still doesn't work. Fast forward to now, I am still being charged $89.99 for a plan that it advertised as $49.99 currently. I had done my research before choosing to go with Spectrum and I know that Spectrum offered a $49.99 plan, so why am I being overcharged a second time?? Not to mention I was forced to pay the bill that was over $100 because the rep was not able to change the bill since it was already generated but I still had over a week and half to pay. This ISP is a joke.Oh, and by viewing the other reviews that have been left here, it seems that the owners take a lot of pride in their business. Especially when they just copy and paste the same 2 messages as a response to a review LMAO. I'll go with another company that is actually worth the money

I'm absolutely appalled at how my visit went. I drove 1 1/2 hours to be charged for a phone that they miraculously didn't have AFTER the payment and customer service sending me there. Then, I get to another spectrum store to find out that the store in Lima conveniently kept my license...common sense is not a common thing anymore....There is 0 communication between the stores and their customer service phone number. Just don't believe anything they say.

I returned 1 box, and asked the guy at the counter if I needed a new Xumo for my other old box I had, it said it was fine, well, when they made the switch to the Xumo box, guess who's old box didn't work. Atleast a technician came out quick and replaced it.

Absolute joke of a company. Payed one price for internet for an entire year and all of a sudden prices got raised, when I asked why I was told "my promotion" ended. Then proceeded to sit on the phone with them for over an hour and got no answers. Get Bent Spectrum.

They have the worst customer service when you have to call their 611 for mobile service. I got 2 phones on my account had no problems till I upgraded both. Was supposed to have a deal for 1 line free with home phone service. Now they’re trying to charge me for 3 lines smh. Talked to 4 different people in support an not one of them got it right. So go to the store a the guy was rude an told me I had to call 611 . I said no I’ve done that with no help from them an he had the nerve to roll his eyes. So by then I was livid an said I’ll return the phones an go somewhere else. He had the nerve to say with an attitude your 14 days are up, I said this was supposed to be fixed on the 6th an it wasn’t. So some advice don’t get spectrum mobile service.
