I really wish you guys would learn your port in process. I work at another nearby carrier and I’m so tired when people switch to your carrier because they ALWAYS come back after they trade in their phone with our company TO YOU before you ask if they got their port information & then you send them to our location to fix it. If you did your job right then we wouldn’t run into this problem. Because when you can’t fix it guess where they go? Back to us! I’m not going to fix anymore of these problems from now on I’m going to make sure they know it’s your fault. When we get a new customer we take care of EVERYTHING for the customer. DO BETTER! I’m not even a customer and I’m annoyed!

Bills increase as time goes on. If you are into playing games, spectrum will randomly disconnect for about 10 minutes at various times with no explanation or warning, so feel free to get it, but know that it's terrible. It's 2024 and we can't hold a steady connection.

It's a darn shame when you go into their store. Not busy, nobody else there. We returned our cable boxes. Can't afford $270 a month for wifi and TV. Absolutely insane and half the time it puzzles, channels don't come in at all.
But we wanted to upgrade our phones. Lol of the 4 employees standing around and talking amongst themselves. We left. Very disappointed

Two hours to switch out a phone - twenty seven people in line with TWO (2) people working on a busy Saturday morning!!! And then a very RUDE representative. Will be doing everything online and definitely NO REFERRALS….

We had a great experience at this location! Thank you Austin, your product knowledge and customer service skills are amazing! My husband and I scheduled an appointment online and we were assisted as soon as we came in the door ( the line was long). We came in to switch cell phone providers and possibly buy one phone. With Austin's assistance we switched to Spectrum Mobile, purchased two phones, and upgraded our home service as well. All around a great experience and we will be saving a total of $220.00 a month! Thank you Austin!

Honestly I don't need to go into detail, but I've had personal bad experiences and others that refuse to do business and would rather pay verizon more for wifi than to deal with them. If you end up doing business with them, good luck

Waited 2 hours for mobile phone issue only to find out they can't resolve it instore, it was 85° in the store w/people standing because no seating if your wait time exceeds 10 min then hire train more help,lastly they make it impossible to pay your bill outside of their website , everything about spectrum works against the customer,
