Receiving opens at 10. I got here at 9:50, immediately put in a door. I had paperwork in hand and was pulling out an hour later. No overnight parking, but there is a small truckstop at the intersection next to the motel.

I have delivered to over 13 Spartan Nash facilities on a fairly regular basis. I have never gotten in and out of any other Spartan Nash facility without being there for 10 hours or more. Usually you wait about 4 hours just to get a door. Usually what they do is put a forklift through the product and then blame it on you or the loading facility. Then you spend 3 hours trying to track down a place to donate the damaged product. Not this place. They gave me a door at the gate, they had my lumper fee within 5 minutes of bumping the dock. They had me unloaded in about 40 minutes. No damage claim. Absolutely incredible. These people are on it. They need to teach the rest of the facilities the way it's done. I am incredibly hard on people in reviews. I do not give out five star ratings that often. These guys deserve it. The only way they could possibly improve would be to have snacks for the drivers or something. This is officially one of the few places that I will tell dispatch to send me back to.

Granted they don't have overnight parking, but the abandoned building across the way is available for overnight break after delivery. It was easy in and out and lumper fee. Friendly staff.

Fantastic place to unload always get right into a dock... there is no overnight parking available across the street at the hotel for guests only ... no restrooms available here as well besides that great place to deliver too

Arrived at 2430 for 0000 appointment. Was not out until 0545. Lumpers took insanely long and charged me $500 to count 16 pallets on a load that only paid $989, and caused me to be late for my second delivery, and had to be rescheduled for the next day, so that cost me 24 hours of downtime with the reefer running to keep the remaining 34 pallets frozen. A net loss of $725 in revenue to deliver here. Never, never, never, ever again. This place is blacklisted. Drivers that are lease ops or owner ops stay completely away from this place.
