“EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Recently had a shift in my shoe fit and the style and size I’ve purchased forever no longer worked. Tried and tried to figure out another option on my own and was beyond frustrated! Decided to come in and see what they had - I used to buy work dress shoes here years ago. Good variety of selection. Needed help getting sized and some experienced advice as to what might work best given my fit challenges. Theresa helped me. She was excellent! Patient, knowledgeable and very helpful in advising me how to choose the correct fit. I tried on a lot of styles and ended up with two sets of walking shoes I loved!! I know word around town is it is expensive to shop here; but I doublechecked what I paid to Amazon when I got home - exact same as what I paid locally. Great to be able to support a local place and even more satisfying to end the frustrating search for shoes that actually fit!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
