The bathroom was not kept that well. Also the writings in hot water tank in the bathroom were vulgar.

The girl at the Elida Shell station was very rude. She waved her hand at me when I came up to the counter, as if she were swatting a fly. After that she proceeded to wait on someone at the drive-thru window and was very rude and yelling at them. I waited for 10 minutes and decided to just leave I walked out to my van got in and I saw her at the window flipping me off. Im disgusted and will not be giving this business another penny. The place was disgusting on the inside and the help was also disgusting.

50 cents PER GALLON difference for premium compared to Spencerville Shell. I'll never buy here again. And the people are not thankful for business. I've never been thanked or wished a good day.... nothing. They take your money and they're done with you.

If you're using their Drive Thru, beware. They only have one card processing machine in the building, and it's located in front of their customers, and they do not cover your card while swiping it. You could stand in line with your phone out pretending to text, and pickup card numbers if you wanted to. It's a fairly large identity theft risk.

The man that owns this place is so nice as well as a younger gentleman that works there (and may be his son because they have the same funny humor). It was so convenient to get gas there on my way to work and pick up other things while there. I even convinced my husband into using this carry out/gas station. The young woman that works there is very rude. I used to think she was having a bad day but after more than a dozen times of her awful behavior, I have decided not to come back here. You can tell she hates her job and hates working with the public.
