They bully and talk down to their customers and are so rude. Overcharges for random things. Definitely needs to learn how to talk to people if youre going to be in customer service. You dont even get a printout to show what youve paid so far and what you have left to pay like at other reputable business. Definitely wouldnt recommend.

I love this place * we have rented a bed room set * a fridge & living room furniture ** sweet guys ** At first they did call us when we were late * they want you to keep your stuff * only doing their job ** after we paid off our first piece & gained their trust ;; terrific guys * they work with ya * would recommend them to anyone ♡

This place is a joke, they do not want to fix what is wrong with there property. They wanted to me to fix it, dude I am not on your pay roll, you are the ones who get paid to do maintenance work. I had you come and get your " property ", now you won't stop with the harassment. Stop with the calls, it's done and over. If you want quality stuff don't go to Shawnee rentals, go to Aaron's.

this place is a joke we rented a washer an dryer set had it for 3 or 4 months paid every month our clothes never come clean in this washer I would have to run it 6 time to even get the clothes wet we had called several times for them to come out an fix it smh they never did they was trying to tell me how to fix it when I ain't even on their pay roll then I finally stopped paying for it an they come an got it now they are harassing me daily they treated me also these people are so unprofessional so I switched to rent a center an the supplies is better they come out an hooked it up fixed it an everything.

Need to put heat in building, to cold in there during winter to even look around, you freeze in there. Ridiculous help even have to wear coats and still freeze.
