I was shopping here recently with my mother, and we needed help in the electronic section with one of the managers, I think her name was kendra.. when we asked her for a key to look at the newest Amazon Alexa, she huffed and puffed and blew the house down in frustration. Not the experience I was hoping to have, I felt like a burden. I will now be shopping at JCPenney's.

I came to Kohls with my family over a month ago because we were looking for new clothes. We had a huge trip we were going on and hoped to find some good clothes for a good price.Not a great selection here. We walked around the entire store and did not find anything that we liked. We were pretty disappointed and probably will not be coming back.

Prices are ok sometimes. But selection is horrible, especially for tall or big guys. All the dress shirts were "slim fit." Even tried other stores. Same issue. If you're a guy you may want to look elsewhere.

I'm a fan of Kohl's, but the one in Lima wasn't the best. I first noticed that there was only one entrance, and the store was really small. When we were shopping, all of the merchandise was close together. There wasn't a lot of room between aisles. Everything was very limited due to the size of the store.
